Warehouse Attachment
In this attachment I work with Mr. Mohsin as a warehouse executive. Warehouse executive is accountable for the supply chain management of stocks from area warehouse to the distributor. Warehouse executive’s other responsibilities are inventory control, system administration, route planning, record maintenance and stock management as per Supply Chain guidelines.
The function of warehouse is to provide right product, at right time, in right quantity in an efficient manner to satisfy customers. Warehouse Executive is assisted by ‘Warehouse In-charge’ and an ‘Excise Officer’ in the routine operations. Area warehouses are controlled by Production & Supply Chain Department. There are 13 area warehouses across the country. Each warehouse is required to feed fixed number of distributors. Multan warehouse has 34 distributors for supply of stocks. Three of them are Remit Plus while others are Collect Plus distributors
Data Analyst Attachment
I worked with Mr. Ahsan Mustfa as a data analyst. The role of data analyst is to maintain and continuously update latest RCM (Retail Classification Methodology) Database according to specified guidelines. To run queries and generate reports as required. To strict confidentiality guidelines and ensure data security. To generate and maintain data related to sales and stocks, including reports on daily sales, monthly sales, quarterly reviews, on hand stock position and competition statistics.
