If I would be Manager there
The highest post of the regional office is Regional manager. So, if I would be manager there then I would suggest the following: -
- I like to strengthen and improved the distribution channels
- Regional office should be maintained according to company image.
- Give suggestion on introducing the smokeless tobacco to Head Office.
- High performance retailer should be obliged and given incentives in form of stock.
- Focus on the maximum rural coverage for low segment brands.
- Focus on the maximum productivity of Pall Mall cigarette because of it sales declining trend.
- To ensure the maximum coverage, there should be some small godown in the distributor territory.
- Standard minimum package for the salesmen is to be announced and enforced by PTC to raise the motivation level of employee.
