Contingent Fund Accountant Attachment
Mr. Naeem was the contingent fund manager during my attachment. His role is to ensure proper maintenance of Regional Contingent Fund and record of financial transactions in light of defined accounting procedures. To ensure security of cheque books and cash by keeping under lock. To plan and co-ordinate the EH&S work groups activities at the regional office. Contingent Fund Accountant is responsible to incur expenses of the region within the allocated budget. C/F Accountant also pays all the needed and approved expenses of the region.
Budgets are planned by the region C/F Accountants in July every year, taking into consideration the average of expense of last six months. Later, after the evaluation and verification it is approved for different cost heads by the Finance Department. These cost head budgets are further monitored by respective RM and AM.
Administrative Office Attachment
Mr. Asif Shah was the men in charge for the administration. His role was to maintain and up-keep office records & returns according to the specified standards and retention schedule. To ensure data security and safety as per Company set guidelines. To carry out all the necessary secretarial works (i.e. letters, returns, telephone/fax, photocopy etc). And to support all the routine activities of Regional Office
Other Major Responsibilities: -
- Office Staff Administration – (Peon, Security Guard, Sweeper)
- Assist RM in completion of every day assignments
- Equipment maintenance
- Premises maintenance
